Studies of area food production and marketing

As part of the environmental monitoring in the area of production and marketing of food we make a comprehensive study involving sampling of working surfaces and devices, and the hands of workers.

Range of offered tests includes the determination of:
  • the total number of microorganisms,
  • the number of Enterobacteriaceae,
  • the presence of Listeria monocytogenes,
  • the presence of Salmonella spp.
We also offer air testing in the production rooms or storage facilities in:
  • the total number of microorganisms,
  • the total number of yeast and mold,
  • the number of Actinomycetes,
  • the number of Pseudomonas fluorescens number,
  • the number of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,
  • the number of Escherichia coli,
  • the number of Staphylococci.
The swabs from the surface area of production and marketing of food, swabs of the hands:
  • the total number of microorganisms mesophilic - classic method,
  • the number of Enterobacteriaceae - classic method,
  • the presence of Salmonella spp. - classic method,
  • the presence of Listeria monocytogenses - classic method.
The prints from the surface of area of food production and marketing:
  • the total number of microorganisms - classic method,
  • the number of Enterobacteriaceae - classic method.

The list includes:
- Performances in accordance with the current Commission Regulation (EC) No 1441/2007 of 5.12.2007 amending the regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs,
- Additional parameters (not covered by Regulation) depending on customer demand.
